Trade Fair Manager for Terinvest spol. s r.o., September 2013 – August 2017

My flagship project was AMPER – the biggest B2B electro technical trade fair in the Central and Eastern Europe. Annually it is attracting more than 600 exhibitors and 40 000 thousand trade visitors. I was managing all related activities in sales, PR/marketing and exhibition planning /organization areas.

Sales – direct responsibility for the key segment of exhibitors – producers of electronic parts and modules, components and production/assembly lines. Altogether it is more than 200 client companies ( e.g. Carl Zeiss, HARTING, SENO, Farnell Element 14, Nordson EFD, KomaxKabelverarbeitungs-systeme, CODICO , etc.),  mostly from Europe and Asia. I was dealing either with their regional distributors or directly with corporate HQ. Responsible for complete sales activities – existing key accounts management as well as new clients search and acquisition.

Marketing and PR – planning and executing portfolio of activities including acquisition of potential media partners, negotiation of the deals. Handling printed materials including the Catalogue of Exhibitors, press releases and also press conferences. Organization of show visits for government and trade authority officials and also for foreign delegations.

Exhibition planning and management – Exhibition layout planning with focus on maximization of space rental revenue and sales of facultative services. On site management of the trade show inbound logistics and booth preparation, including supervision of subcontractors. Floor management during the trade show duration. After the show supervising stands dismantling and out bound logistics.

Import Executive for TRE, a.s. July 2009 – January 2013

A family company importing from the UK and distributing in Czech local market gas heating systems GAZCO and Stovax. Responsible for communication with The Stovax Group corporate HQ in Exeter, Devon, orders handling and goods logistics. Translating all printed materials – catalogs and installation manuals into the Czech and interpreting meeting. On the sales side taking care of the hotels client segment – eg. Four Season, Hilton, Jurrys Inn, Marriott, etc.
